South Indian superstar Allu Arjun has once again found himself entangled in legal complications. This time, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has issued a notice against him, alleging that his family-owned multi-storey property in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad has been built illegally.
According to Indian media reports, the building, known as “Allu Business Park”, is where the actor resides with his family.
GHMC claims that the construction has gone beyond the approved design. Following an inspection, the corporation declared the structure illegal and issued a show-cause notice to Allu Arjun and his family.
Official Permission vs. Alleged Violation
| Category | Approved Plan | GHMC Findings |
| Plot Size | 11,034 sq. ft. | Same |
| Permitted Structure | 5 floors (Ground + 4 upper floors) | 6 floors (with an unauthorised additional top floor) |
| Status | Within legal bounds | Declared illegal for exceeding limits |
The GHMC has directed Allu Arjun to explain the reason behind this illegal extension. If his response is deemed unsatisfactory, the authorities have warned that the unauthorised section of the building could be demolished.
Additional Details
This is not the first time Allu Arjun has been caught in legal disputes. Last year, during a special screening of his blockbuster film Pushpa 2, a tragic stampede occurred in which a woman lost her life, dragging the actor into another legal controversy.
