ArtBox Music Debuts with “Chupichupi”

A new horizon in Bengali audio-visual production has emerged with the launch of ArtBox Music. The production house officially inaugurated its journey with the release of its first music video, titled “Chupichupi”, signalling a commitment to high-quality music and video content in the Bangla music industry.

Founded by Sampa Dewan, a practising physician and accomplished vocalist, ArtBox Music is born from her longstanding passion for music and extensive creative experience. The venture aims to provide a professional platform for emerging Bengali artists, fostering talent while raising the standard of audio-visual productions in the industry.

Sampa Dewan has already overseen the production of nearly 50 music videos featuring her own vocals, which will be released gradually over the coming months. Her vision, she says, extends beyond her own work: “ArtBox Music is not merely a production house; it is the realisation of a dream. Alongside my own projects, we will consistently nurture new talent and bring high-quality music videos to audiences.”

According to S K Sameer, ArtBox Music’s Creative Director, the organisation prioritises emerging young vocalists while maintaining a steady stream of audio-visual content. “We are gradually expanding into drama and theatrical productions,” he revealed, hinting at the imminent launch of a dedicated drama channel under the ArtBox banner.

Looking ahead, the production house plans to diversify its creative output beyond music videos to include dramas and narrative storytelling, striving to establish a distinct identity in the broader entertainment landscape. By blending compelling narratives with high production standards, ArtBox Music aims to leave a lasting mark on Bengali entertainment.
