Delhi Hit by Another Explosion, Firefighters Work to Control Blaze

An explosion has rocked India’s capital city, Delhi, once again. This time, the blast occurred in the Mahipalpur area, near a hotel. The incident took place at 9:18 AM local time, and the fire department received an emergency call shortly after.

Three fire engines were immediately dispatched to the scene. The explosion occurred in front of the Radisson Hotel in Mahipalpur. Delhi police teams have already arrived at the location, along with senior police officers.

Local residents were startled by the loud blast, especially after the recent events of Monday. According to sources, there have been no significant findings or suspicious activity so far. The situation is reportedly under control, and there is no cause for further concern. However, authorities are continuing to examine the area thoroughly.

This explosion comes just days after a suicide attack near Delhi’s Red Fort on November 10. The blast resulted in the deaths of 12 people, and 30 others were severely injured. According to police, the vehicle responsible for the explosion had been parked in front of the Red Fort for three hours before the blast. The vehicle, an I-20 model, was driven by Umar Nabi, a doctor from Pulwama, who carried out the suicide bombing.
