Expressway Crash Leaves One Dead, One Injured

A tragic road accident on the Dhaka-Bhanga Expressway in Sirajdikhan Upazila, Munshiganj, claimed the life of a pickup driver in the early hours of Saturday. The incident occurred around 3:00 am at the Dhaleshwari Bridge embankment, leaving the driver’s companion critically injured. The injured individual was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in an unconscious state.

According to highway police, the deceased driver is estimated to be between 35 and 36 years old, while the injured passenger is believed to be 22 to 23 years of age.
