Fire Breaks Out on Bus in Sutrappur, Dhaka

A fire broke out on a Malonch Paribahan bus in Sutrappur, Dhaka, on Tuesday evening at around 6:00 PM. A unit from the Fire Service quickly arrived at the scene and managed to bring the fire under control. However, the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

Rafi Al Faruq, an officer at the Fire Service control room, confirmed this information.

Earlier, late Monday night, fires were reported on two buses in Jatrabari and one in Uttara. In addition, a fire broke out in an abandoned private car in the Bashundhara residential area. Throughout the day on Monday, fires were reported on three more buses.
