The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast thunderstorms accompanied by rain in Dhaka and its surrounding areas. The agency has also indicated a likely drop in daytime temperatures.
The forecast, issued for the six-hour period starting from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, 11 September, provided the following details:
