A former local youth leader tragically lost his life in Ghatail, Tangail, after his motorcycle collided with a battery-operated auto-rickshaw in a severe traffic accident on Friday evening.
Kamal Hossain, aged 49, a resident of Goranchala village in Mominpur, Rasulpur Union, was not only a staff member at a private clinic but also served as the former Joint General Secretary of the Rasulpur Union branch of the local Youth League. His sudden death has left the community in shock.
The accident occurred at approximately 9:00 pm on 16 January along the Tangail–Mymensingh Road in Deulabari Union, Ghatail.
