Group Insurance Agreement Signed Between Astha Life and Sena Insurance

Astha Life Insurance Company Limited and Sena Insurance PLC have signed a significant group insurance agreement. The signing ceremony took place on Monday, 1 December, at the Astha Life head office.

The agreement was signed by Brigadier General Shah Sagirul Islam, NDC, AFWC, PSC (Retired), Chief Executive Officer of Astha Life, and Brigadier General Shafik Shamim, PSC (Retired), Chief Executive Officer of Sena Insurance. Senior officials from both organisations were also present at the ceremony.

Under this agreement, all officers and employees of Sena Insurance will receive life and health insurance coverage through Astha Life’s group insurance scheme.

Astha Life Insurance is the only life insurance company in Bangladesh operated under the supervision of the Army Welfare Trust and open to the general public. Under the capable leadership of its chairman and the Chief of Army Staff, the company has established new benchmarks in commitment, transparency, accountability, and customer service.

According to the chairman, the company is working tirelessly to restore public confidence in life insurance by offering ‘next-generation insurance’ services. This agreement marks a significant step in expanding group insurance coverage.
