Harry Styles thrilled fans on Friday, 23 January, with an unexpected double treat. While audiences anticipated the premiere of his latest single, “Aperture,” they were also given a first look at the full tracklist of his forthcoming fourth solo album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.
As the countdown to the YouTube video reached noon Eastern Time, eagle-eyed fans noticed the placeholder image continuously changing. One by one, the twelve track titles appeared in a striking circular spiral design, building anticipation for the release. Mere minutes before the “Aperture” video went live, the final track, “Carla’s Song,” was revealed, completing the interactive display.
“Aperture” is not only the lead single but also the opening track on the album, setting the tone for what promises to be a diverse musical journey. Other intriguing titles include “American Girls,” “Season 2 Weight Loss,” “Pop,” and “Dance No More,” hinting at a mix of playful storytelling, introspective moments, and danceable pop energy.
Fans were able to listen to the house-inspired, rhythmically vibrant “Aperture” on Thursday, 22 January, followed by its music video the next day. However, they will have to wait until 6 March to experience Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally in its entirety. This highly anticipated album comes more than three years after Harry’s House (2022), which spent two consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
Reflecting on the album in a recent interview with John Mayer, Styles commented, “It just became really obvious that it was music that was meant to be played loud. That is when it feels its best … I hope that people will kind of road test it in a couple of different ways and see how their album experience kind of shifts.”
The tracklist suggests a bold, eclectic mix, ranging from energetic pop to reflective ballads, offering fans a varied listening experience.
