Iran has secured the final spot for the 2026 AFC Women’s Asian Cup, defeating Jordan 2-1 in a dramatic qualifier in Amman on Saturday. This victory confirmed their place in the upcoming tournament, set to be held in Australia from March 1-21, 2026, across venues in Perth, Gold Coast, and Sydney.
