Two CONCACAF qualifying matches remain for each team next month, with regional tweaks in place for the 2026 North American-hosted World Cup (USA, Mexico, Canada). The last 12 teams were split into three groups, with each group winner qualifying directly for the World Cup, while two runner-up teams face squads from other regions for remaining spots.
Jamaica continued their dominance over Bermuda, remaining undefeated in their all-time rivalry, now with seven wins and two draws.
Jamaica’s commanding performance ensured they not only gained three points but also demonstrated their attacking prowess and depth in the squad.
Meanwhile, Curacao and the Soca Warriors played out a 1-1 draw:
| Scorers & Key Moments | Minute | Team |
| Kenji Gorre | 19 | Curacao (1-0) |
| Tyrese Spicer | 58 | Trinidad & Tobago (1-1) |
Curacao had opened the scoring in the 19th minute with a right-footed strike from Kenji Gorre, firing into the upper right corner. Trinidad and Tobago equalised in the 58th minute via Tyrese Spicer, whose left-footed shot found the top left corner.
Jamaica now leads Group B with two matches remaining, positioning themselves favourably for direct qualification.
Other Group A fixtures scheduled for later:
| Group A Matches | Venue |
| Guatemala vs El Salvador | El Salvador |
| Panama vs Suriname | Panama |
With the 2026 World Cup fast approaching, the next set of qualifying matches will be crucial in deciding the regional representatives for North America’s tournament.
Jamaica’s dominant display reinforces their status as a serious contender to secure direct qualification, while Bermuda’s elimination underscores the high stakes of CONCACAF qualifying.
