Karishma Sharma Seriously Injured After Jumping from a Moving Train

Karishma Sharma, a popular Indian television actress, sustained serious injuries after jumping from a moving local train in Mumbai while heading to Churchgate. She was immediately admitted to hospital in a critical condition.

The news has alarmed her fans, as Karishma is widely recognised for her roles in hit shows and films such as “Ragini MMS”, “Ujra Chaman”, “Hum”, and “Pyaar Ka Punchnama”.

 

The actress personally shared the incident on her social media, providing a detailed account of why she had to leap from the moving train.

In an emotional Instagram post, Karishma wrote: “Yesterday, I was heading to Churchgate for shooting. I was wearing a saree and trying to catch the train. As soon as I boarded, the train gained speed and I saw my friends couldn’t make it onto the train. In fear, I jumped from the moving train. Unfortunately, I fell and hit my head.”

 

Karishma disclosed that she suffered injuries to multiple parts of her body. She added: “I have back pain, my head is swollen, and there are marks on my body. The doctors advised an MRI, and to determine the severity of my head injury, I have been kept under observation in the hospital for a day.”

She further shared the intense pain she has been enduring: “I have been in pain since yesterday, but I am staying strong. Please pray for my speedy recovery. Your love means a lot to me.”
