Modi Biopic Coming Soon, Raveena to Play Prime Minister’s Mother

A biopic on India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently in production. The film is directed by Kranti Kumar Chowdhury and produced by Silver Cast Creations. The movie is primarily a biographical story focusing on the relationship between a mother and her son. The project has already sparked discussions among netizens on social media.

The biopic will be titled ‘Maa Bande’. Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon will portray Modi’s late mother, Hiraben, while Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan will play the role of Modi himself.

The filmmakers have stated that advanced VFX technology will be used to depict key events from Modi’s life. Raveena will also require physical and mental preparation to accurately portray her character.

Raveena Tandon said that playing Hiraben is a unique experience for her. The film will showcase Hiraben’s childhood, family struggles, and how she kept the family together despite various life challenges.

Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan mentioned in a social media post that portraying Modi is an honour. He hopes that observing Modi’s life in Gujarat from childhood will help him in his performance.
