NTRCA Begins Online Acceptance of Vacant MPO Posts

The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has started accepting online requests (e-Requisition) for vacant MPO positions in private educational institutions for the next recruitment recommendation. According to the instructions of the Ministry of Education’s Secondary and Higher Education Division, institutions must submit their vacant posts online between 19 and 28 November 2025.

According to the NTRCA notice, only positions vacant as of 30 September 2025 will be considered for this recruitment recommendation. The process includes MPO-listed positions in schools, colleges, madrasas, technical, and business educational institutions.

NTRCA stated that previous requests submitted under earlier recruitment recommendations will not be considered. Requests sent offline, via hard copy or email, will not be accepted. Heads of institutions are requested to follow the guidelines displayed on the NTRCA website while submitting their requests.

To complete the online requisition form, institution heads must use their own User ID and Password and fill out the form via http://ngi.teletalk.com.bd or through the e-Requisition service on the NTRCA website.

The deadline for completing the requisition form is from 19 to 28 November 2025. Submission of the prescribed fee within three days of form completion is also mandatory.
