“See You Again! American Superstar Announces First Ever Concert in Scotland”

Edinburgh, 13 January 2026 – Fans of American pop sensation Charlie Puth have reason to celebrate: the chart-topping singer-songwriter is set to bring his 2026 Wherever’s Clever World Tour to Edinburgh’s iconic Usher Hall this July, marking his first ever headline performance in the Scottish capital. Promising an “unforgettable” night of music, the concert is one of nearly 50 dates planned worldwide.

Puth, 34, first entered the public eye as a 17-year-old in 2009 when his YouTube cover videos went viral, capturing the attention of both fans and industry executives. Hailing from Rumson, New Jersey, he quickly caught the eye of a major record label following his appearance on the US daytime favourite The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

His debut single, Marvin Gaye, featuring Meghan Trainor, was released in 2015, swiftly followed by the global smash See You Again, which he co-wrote and produced with rapper Wiz Khalifa. The latter track, featured in the blockbuster Furious 7 soundtrack, remains one of the most streamed songs worldwide, cementing Puth’s place in pop music history.

Over the past decade, Puth has garnered numerous accolades, including diamond certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), as well as Grammy and Golden Globe nominations. While he has performed in Glasgow previously, Edinburgh has remained notably absent from his UK tour stops—until now.

The Edinburgh show on 21 July 2026 is part of the UK leg of his tour, which will see him perform in London, Birmingham, Dublin, and Manchester, following a series of dates across North America and Europe. Fans can expect a setlist spanning his greatest hits alongside selections from his latest album, blending soulful vocals with signature pop hooks and a high-energy stage presence.
