Singer Noble Lends His Voice to Thriller ‘Talash

The Bangladeshi entertainment landscape is abuzz with the upcoming release of Talash, a gritty new production from Capital Drama. Falling within the dark thriller genre, this tele-fiction is directed by Hasib Hossain Rakhi and promises a compelling blend of social realism, emotional depth, and a powerful narrative of protest. The project has already generated significant intrigue among viewers, not least because of its high-profile musical contribution.

In a move that has delighted fans, the widely discussed singer Mainul Ahsan Noble has lent his powerful vocals to a track titled ‘E Nogore’ (In This City). The song features lyrics penned by Zishan Khan Shuvo, with music and composition handled by AK Mazumder Ishti. Noble’s involvement is seen as a major draw, adding an extra layer of intensity to the drama’s atmosphere.

According to director Hasib Hossain Rakhi, Talash is fundamentally a story of resistance. He describes it as a poignant exploration of the bond between a brother and sister, juxtaposed against the harrowing transformation of a simple man. “I have attempted to depict how innocent individuals in our society are frequently subjected to oppression, eventually pushing them toward a violent metamorphosis,” the director explained.

The project also marks a significant professional milestone for Anwarul Alam Sajal, who returns to the screen after a year-long hiatus. Expressing his optimism, Sajal noted that this is his debut performance of the year and promises a character portrayal unlike anything his audience has seen before. He believes the raw honesty of the script will resonate deeply with the public.

Talash is scheduled to premiere on the Capital Drama YouTube channel on 24 December, positioning it as a must-watch title for the winter season.
