The incident occurred on the afternoon of Tuesday, 17 March 2026, near Bhabanipur Government Primary School in Rupsa Upazila. The victim, Din Mohammad Dhali, aged 52, was the son of Abul Kashem Dhali and a well-known tea vendor in the area.

Incident Details

According to family and local sources, the dispute arose over a 400 Taka outstanding payment for meat sold.
