“The importance of the courts, judges, laws and the Constitution is becoming newly apparent to Americans because of the unprecedented pressures faced during this individual’s administration.”

He further accused some legal institutions of bowing to pressure and failing to uphold justice. Biden also criticised leading news outlets and certain politicians for celebrating the Trump administration’s harsh immigration policies, calling such attitudes “terrifying”.
