Today’s programs scheduled in the capital

Different government offices, political parties, and organizations regularly hold programs across Dhaka. Today, Tuesday (November 4), several significant events are scheduled to take place throughout the day.

BNP Programs
• 11:00 AM: A meeting between BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and diplomats will be held at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan.
• 11:00 AM: A prayer and discussion meeting marking the 6th death anniversary of BNP Vice Chairman the late Sadeque Hossain Khoka will take place at Ananda Community Center in Nayapaltan.
BNP Standing Committee Member Mirza Abbas will attend the program.
• 3:00 PM: BNP Standing Committee Member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury will attend as the chief guest at the event titled “Fourth Dialogue on Youth State Thoughts” at the Diploma Engineering Institute’s Freedom Fighter Hall in Kakrail.

BTRC Program
• 11:00 AM: A discussion on measures to prevent online gambling will be held at the main conference room of BTRC in Agargaon. The Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser, Fayez Ahmed Taiyeb, will attend the event.

TIB Program
• 11:00 AM: Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) will hold a press conference at Midas Center in Dhanmondi to publish a research report titled “Challenges and Pathways to Good Governance in Bangladesh’s Climate Financing.” TIB Executive Director Dr. Iftekharuzzaman will be present.

NCP Program
• 4:00 PM: The Nationalist Citizens’ Party (NCP) will organize a discussion titled “The Inevitable Consequence of State-Building Failures in Post-Liberation Bangladesh: November 1975” at its temporary central office in Rupayan Tower, Banglamotor.
