A ship carrying 52,500 metric tonnes of wheat from Russia has arrived at Kutubdia Berthing Anchorage in Chattogram.
The Ministry of Food confirmed this in an official statement on Monday, 29 September. The shipment follows a cash purchase agreement signed on 7 July earlier this year.
The ministry stated that the wheat samples from the vessel have already been tested, ensuring a swift clearance process.
