The announcement was made public through a notice issued by the Upazila administration on Sunday, 5 October.
The notice outlines the following rules for students, staff, and faculty:
| Directive | Details |

| Attendance | Any student absent for more than five consecutive days without valid reason must have their absence reported in writing to the head of the institution. |
| Substance Abuse | All teachers, students, and staff must completely abstain from drugs. |
| Behavioural Restrictions | Strict prohibitions against teen gangs, eve-teasing, sexual harassment, and child marriage. |
| Conduct within Premises | Any indecent behaviour, gestures, or acts, as well as recording or sharing photos or videos, is strictly forbidden inside or within the grounds of educational institutions. |
UNO Somaiya Akter stated that these measures aim to ensure a disciplined, safe, and drug-free environment within all educational institutions in Mirsharai.
She emphasised that maintaining order, security, and ethical conduct is essential for fostering a positive and safe learning atmosphere for students and staff alike.
