Rajshahi University to Begin Admission Tests in January

Rajshahi University (RU) has announced that its admission tests for the 2025–26 academic year for first-year undergraduate and honours programmes will begin on 16 January 2026.

The information was released on Monday (6 October) through an official statement from the university’s Public Relations Office.

Admission Test Schedule

According to the circular, the examinations will be conducted in two shifts daily, ensuring smooth management of the large number of applicants expected to sit for the tests.

The decision was finalised at a meeting of the University Admission Sub-Committee, held on Monday afternoon in the Conference Room of Administration Building-1.

The session was chaired by Vice-Chancellor Professor Saleh Hasan Nakib, who oversaw discussions on examination logistics, capacity management, and coordination between academic units.
