Despite being born into the Kapoor family, actress Janhvi Kapoor is steadily fighting to establish herself in Bollywood. For her, navigating the egos of male co-stars remains the toughest challenge in this struggle. She recently shared her experiences on a show hosted by Kajol and Twinkle Khanna.

Janhvi Kapoor said, “In our industry, you have to manage the egos of actors, and I have learned this the hard way. Most of the time, you have to step into the battle to protect yourself from these issues. I often pretend to be naive—it helps me avoid problems.”

The actress added, “Initially, I don’t try to show off my performance. Instead, I say, ‘I’m not sure how to bring my part to the screen.’ In my opinion, this is the safest way to survive in the industry.”

Twinkle Khanna responded to Janhvi’s words, saying, “When I started acting in the ’90s, I faced the same problem as a newcomer. I also didn’t understand what was happening or what I should do.”

Janhvi further stated, “I come from a family where opportunities are abundant. But even with all the opportunities, you have to face and handle many challenges to succeed professionally.”

The actress recently starred in Dharma Productions’ film “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari”, which earned over 100 crore worldwide. The movie also featured Varun Dhawan, Sanya Malhotra, and Rohit Saraf.
