Between 8 am on Saturday and 8 am on Sunday, eight more people died from dengue. During the same period, 778 new patients were admitted to hospitals across the country.
The information was provided in a press release issued on Sunday (22 November) by the Health Emergency Operation Centre and Control Room of the Directorate General of Health Services.
