BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia Admitted to CCU

BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, receiving treatment at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka, has been moved to the Coronary Care Unit (CCU).

Her personal physician, A Z M Zahid Hossain, confirmed this information at 1 pm on Thursday (27 November).

Earlier, on Sunday night (23 November), Khaleda Zia was brought from her Gulshan residence, Firoza, to Evercare Hospital for health examinations. Following the advice of the medical board, she was admitted to the hospital, where she is receiving the necessary treatment after examinations.

Regarding her latest condition, Zahid Hossain stated that since her admission, the BNP Chairperson has been under the intensive supervision of the medical board.

He also mentioned that Khaleda Zia has requested prayers from the nation for her recovery.
