Celina Jaitly Accuses Husband of Abuse and Blackmail

Bollywood actress and former Miss India Celina Jaitly has filed a case against her husband, Austrian entrepreneur and hotelier Peter Haag, alleging severe abuse and exploitation. According to Indian media reports, Celina has accused Haag of sexual assault, psychological torment, and financial control. She is seeking compensation of 500 million rupees in damages.

Celina married Peter Haag in 2010, and their relationship has now become the subject of intense public scrutiny following her allegations. The couple share three children—twin boys Winston and Viraj, born in 2012, and Arthur, born in 2017. Tragically, another twin son, Shamsher, passed away due to a congenital heart condition. In her complaint, Celina stated that Haag repeatedly humiliated her in front of their children, leaving lasting emotional scars.

The actress claims that the troubles began as early as their honeymoon in Italy. She recalls that when she mentioned health concerns, Haag reacted violently, shouting at her and smashing a glass against the wall. Celina alleges that his aggressive temperament, coupled with excessive drinking, created a hostile environment throughout their marriage. Even after the birth of their twins, the situation did not improve. She claims that when she requested Haag to take paternity leave, he became enraged and threatened to throw her out of the house.

Celina has also levelled disturbing allegations of sexual abuse. She asserts that Haag threatened her with rape and pressured her into forming relationships with other men to advance her career. She further claims he coerced her into unnatural sexual practices. Most shockingly, Celina alleges that Haag forced her to pose for nude photographs, which he later used to blackmail her. She adds that he frequently used abusive language in front of their children, severely affecting her mental health.

At present, all allegations remain under judicial review, and Peter Haag has yet to issue any public response. The case has sparked widespread debate in Bollywood circles, with many expressing concern over the gravity of the accusations.
