The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued the recruitment-related instructions and conditions for candidates nominated for the non-cadre posts under the 45th BCS. The directives were announced in a notice published on the commission’s website on 27 November.
Guidelines and conditions:
Before issuing the final appointment, the recruiting authority will verify the authenticity of the certificates, documents and related papers submitted by the candidate through the competent authority.
If any provisionally nominated candidate knowingly provides false or incorrect information in the application form, conceals essential information, tampers with documents, submits forged certificates, tampers with age or educational qualification certificates or the admit card, or if any major deficiency is detected, the candidate’s nomination will be cancelled. Additionally, those involved in such offences may be handed over for prosecution under criminal law. Even after appointment, if such information is revealed and proven, the candidate may be dismissed from service along with further legal action.
Nominated candidates will receive government appointment only after being declared medically fit by the medical board constituted by the respective ministry or division, and after completion of pre-employment verification of personal records by the appropriate agency.
The Bangladesh Public Service Commission reserves the authority to correct any error or discrepancy found in the published nomination list.
The results will be available on the commission’s website and on the Teletalk website.
