Traditionally, insurance sales require sixteen time-consuming manual steps, all of which agentic AI can now automate.

While AI can lay the groundwork for new business, a licensed professional must finalise sales, as US regulations mandate.

Challenges are similar to traditional AI: ensuring accuracy, avoiding bias, meeting regulatory standards, and maintaining transparency. Data privacy is also critical.

The widespread adoption of agentic AI is not merely a technical challenge; it is a change management issue. It will transform work rather than replace jobs, serving as a productivity tool that handles mundane tasks and frees humans for more creative and strategic work.
