Music lovers are in for a spectacular evening as the 68th Annual Grammy Awards promises a dazzling mix of established superstars and breakthrough talents. The Recording Academy has unveiled the first wave of performers for the ceremony, which will take place at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, 1 February 2026.
Headlining the show are global icons Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Pharrell Williams, and Sabrina Carpenter. Alongside them, a new generation of artists—including TikTok sensations Addison Rae and Alex Warren—will showcase their talents on one of music’s most prestigious stages.
Trevor Noah will return as host for the sixth and final time. Speaking at a January press conference, executive producer Ben Winston revealed he had literally “got down on his knees” to convince the comedian to reprise his hosting role for the closing chapter of his Grammys tenure.
The ceremony will feature a diverse mix of performers spanning pop, R&B, hip-hop, and contemporary music. TikTok’s breakout star Addison Rae, who recently appeared on Netflix’s Monster, has earned a Best New Artist nomination for her debut album Addison. Similarly, Alex Warren, another TikTok-origin artist, secured his first Grammy nod in the same category thanks to his chart-topping single Ordinary from his debut album You’ll Be Alright, Kid.
Hip-hop duo Clipse returns to the Grammy stage after a long hiatus, earning four nominations this year—including Album of the Year for Let God Sort Em Out and Best Rap Performance for Chains & Whips. Their last nomination came in 2003.
Pop royalty also dominate the nominations. Justin Bieber, a two-time Grammy winner, received four additional nods this year for Swag, his seventh studio album, including Best R&B Performance (Yukon) and Best Pop Solo Performance (Daisies). Meanwhile, Lady Gaga, a 14-time winner, leads with seven nominations for Record of the Year (Abracadabra), Album of the Year (MAYHEM), and Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album (Harlequin). Sabrina Carpenter, already a two-time winner, earned six nominations, including Album of the Year (Man’s Best Friend) and both Record and Song of the Year for her hit single Manchild.
