Kendrick Lamar Tops 2026 Grammys Nominees

LOS ANGELES — The 68th Annual Grammy Awards are set to return this Sunday, promising a night dedicated fully to music after last year’s ceremony was profoundly reshaped to support wildfire relief efforts in the Los Angeles area. For 2026, the spotlight returns to the artists, with Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny and other leading figures vying for music’s most coveted honours.

Comedian Trevor Noah will host the Grammys for a sixth and final consecutive year, bringing his signature humour to a ceremony that could see history made as some of the world’s most influential musical talents take to the stage.

Broadcast Details
The main ceremony will be broadcast live on CBS from 8:00 p.m. Eastern on 1 February at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Viewers can also stream the show via live TV platforms that carry CBS, including Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV and FuboTV.

Paramount+ subscribers with a premium plan can watch the Grammys live, while those on the essential plan will gain on-demand access the following day.

Ahead of the main ceremony, the premiere event will take place at the Peacock Theatre at 3:30 p.m. Eastern (12:30 p.m. Pacific). This event, featuring a more intimate awards presentation, will be streamed on the Recording Academy’s YouTube channel and live.GRAMMY.com.

The Associated Press will host a four-hour red carpet broadcast, featuring interviews and fashion highlights, available on YouTube and APNews.com prior to the main event.

Kendrick Lamar dominates the 2026 nominations with nine nods, while Lady Gaga, Jack Antonoff and Canadian producer/songwriter Cirkut follow with seven each. Other notable nominees include Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny, Leon Thomas and Serban Ghenea with six nominations apiece.

Presenters and Performers
The 2026 Grammys will feature presenters such as Doechii, Harry Styles, Carole King, Charli XCX, Queen Latifah and Teyana Taylor. Musical performances include Justin Bieber, Clipse, Pharrell Williams, Sabrina Carpenter, Bruno Mars, Rosé, Tyler, the Creator, Lady Gaga, and all eight Best New Artist nominees: Leon Thomas, Olivia Dean, Katseye, The Marías, Addison Rae, sombr, Alex Warren and Lola Young.

Tributes will also feature prominently, with Reba McEntire, Brandy Clark and Lukas Nelson performing the In Memoriam segment. Lauryn Hill will honour D’Angelo and Roberta Flack, while Post Malone, Andrew Watt, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan and Slash pay homage to Ozzy Osbourne.

This year’s ceremony promises a blend of high-energy performances, historic milestones and heartfelt tributes, reaffirming the Grammys as one of the music industry’s defining nights.
