Rosalía delivered a spellbinding, theatrically charged performance of “Berghain” at the 2026 Brit Awards, with a surprise appearance by Björk. The performance marked both the live debut of the symphonic track and the first occasion the two artists shared a stage.
Dressed in a flowing white ensemble, Rosalía opened the performance with the operatic German introduction of the track. She was accompanied by the Heritage Orchestra and flanked by a half-circle choir clad in sharp blazers. The atmosphere was one of high drama, gradually building anticipation before Björk emerged to deliver her entrancing verse. The Icelandic singer, true to form, wore a striking avant-garde outfit, complete with a beaded headpiece that appeared to float ethereally above her head.
The finale erupted into a kinetic dance sequence, with Rosalía and her troupe performing amidst surging strobe lights, pulsing electronic beats, and booming synths — capturing the hedonistic, club-like energy of Berlin’s iconic Berghain nightclub, which inspired the track.
Since the release of Lux in November 2025, Rosalía has delivered only a handful of live performances from the album, previously showcasing tracks such as “Reliquia” and “La Perla.” Each live appearance has grown progressively more theatrical, suggesting that the Brit Awards performance of “Berghain” may foreshadow the creative scale of her forthcoming Lux world tour.
The tour kicks off on 16 March in Lyon, France, and will span 42 dates across Europe, North America, and South America. Given that Lux was recorded in collaboration with the London Symphony Orchestra, many fans anticipate orchestral accompaniment at her live shows, further elevating the album’s lush, cinematic sound.
