In a message marking the occasion of Bangladesh’s Independence Day, United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio extended his warm congratulations to the people of Bangladesh.

The statement, released on Wednesday, 25 March, expressed the Secretary’s admiration for Bangladesh’s journey and achievements. “On behalf of the United States, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the people of Bangladesh on the occasion of their Independence Day,” the statement read.
