According to a formal press release issued by the financial institution, account holders can now execute secure transactions using ‘UCB ONE’, the bank’s proprietary smartphone application. This digital solution removes the necessity of keeping physical cards in pockets or bags, ensuring that customers face no disruptions when requiring urgent cash while on the move without their wallets.

Transaction Process and Security Architecture

The cardless withdrawal system operates under a secure framework designated as ‘Cash by Code’. When initiating a withdrawal through the UCB ONE mobile application, the platform generates a temporary, confidential security code that is transmitted directly to the user’s registered mobile handset. The customer then inputs this specific code into the ATM interface to complete the cash disbursement.
