The tactical operation was executed in the immediate vicinity of the Chinese Ghat landmark, which falls under the administrative jurisdiction of the Patenga Police Station.
During the deployment, the intercepting unit flagged down a suspicious commercial CNG auto-rickshaw for a detailed search. Upon examining the interior compartments of the passenger vehicle, officers discovered and recovered 112 cans of premium imported beer, specifically identified as BIA Saigon Lager. According to official valuation metrics provided by the maritime security agency, the total street market value of the confiscated alcohol stands at approximately 78,400 Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
