PSC Issues New Directives for 50th BCS Viva Candidates

The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued mandatory instructions for candidates provisionally qualified for the general cadre viva voce in the 50th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination, requiring them to submit essential documents online prior to their interviews.

According to an official press release signed on Tuesday, 11 August, by Masuma Afreen, Controller of Examinations (Cadre) at the PSC, candidates must complete a designated Google Form and upload scanned copies of all required credentials before appearing for the oral exam.

The directive applies to 1,470 general cadre candidates whose interview schedule was published on 29 July. Candidates are instructed to carefully follow the guidelines outlined in the Google Form, ensuring that all personal details and academic documentation are submitted accurately.

Strict Compliance Mandatory for Interview Participation

Commission authorities warned that failure to provide the requested information or submit scanned certificates in the prescribed format could lead to cancellation of the interview slot. Candidates must upload all relevant academic transcripts, national identity verification, and requisite civil service application forms well in advance.
