Sheik Moinuddin appointed special assistant to Chief Adviser

Moinuddin is a seasoned public infrastructure expert.

The interim government has appointed Sheik Moinuddin as a special assistant to Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus, granting him authority over the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, according to a Cabinet Division notification issued today (March 5).

Moinuddin, a seasoned public infrastructure expert, currently serves as the chief of safety and operations at the California Department of Transportation.

With over 25 years of experience managing multi-billion-dollar public sector projects in Los Angeles, United States of America, he is expected to bring significant expertise to his new role.

Sources within the Road Transport and Bridges Ministry confirmed that Moinuddin will resign from his current position before formally assuming his new responsibilities.
