Two Bodies Discovered Inside Parked Car at Dhaka Hospital

Two dead bodies have been recovered from inside a private car parked at the Dr. Sirajul Islam Medical College and Hospital in Mouchak, Dhaka. Police retrieved the bodies at around 1:30 PM today (Monday).

According to sources from both the college administration and police, the white private car entered the hospital’s parking area early on Sunday morning and had remained there since. At approximately 11:45 AM today, the hospital’s chief security officer came to inspect the parking area and noticed something unusual.

Inside the white car were the two bodies.

The security officer said that at first, he assumed the individuals inside were asleep. However, when repeated attempts to wake them failed, he realised they were unresponsive and likely deceased. He immediately reported the matter to Ramna Police Station.

Officers from Ramna Police Station and the CID’s crime unit soon arrived at the scene and began collecting forensic evidence. However, they have not yet been able to provide any conclusive information regarding the cause of death or the identities of the deceased.

Police confirmed that efforts are currently underway to identify the two individuals.
