A special training programme aimed at enhancing the professionalism, skill, and capacity of police officers in fulfilling their duties during the upcoming 13th National Parliamentary Elections has been inaugurated today.
On Sunday, 7 September, the formal launch of the programme took place at the Rajarbagh Police Auditorium, presided over by Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Adviser to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Scope and Objective of the Training Programme
The initiative seeks to ensure that the national elections scheduled for February next year are conducted smoothly and safely. Under this programme:
Master Trainers and TOT (Trainer of Trainers) Structure

| Nationwide TOT Expansion | Upcoming | 1,292 Master Trainers | To prepare Trainers of Trainers (TOT) who will subsequently train 150,000+ police personnel across 19 police training centres |
These Master Trainers will play a pivotal role in cascading knowledge and practical skills to all participating officers, ensuring readiness for electoral duties.
