The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) elections are scheduled to be held on 4 October 2025. Last week, BCB formed a three-member Election Commission to oversee the process, appointing Senior Advocate Mohammad Hossain of the Bangladesh Supreme Court as Chief Election Commissioner. On Wednesday, the official schedule for the upcoming election was released, including timelines for nomination collection and submission.
BCB’s Chief Election Commissioner Mohammad Hossain shared the full roadmap for the election with Dhaka Post. The formal election activities will begin on 20 September, followed by sequential steps such as voter list publication, nomination distribution and submission, verification, finalisation, voting, and announcement of results.
