In a continued effort to broaden its customer value proposition, BRAC Bank has entered into a strategic collaboration with Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport, introducing a suite of exclusive dining and lifestyle privileges for its cardholders.

Through this partnership, BRAC Bank customers will be able to enjoy a “buy one, get one free” offer on buffet meals at the hotel’s well-regarded Mosaic restaurant. The benefit extends across all major meal periods—breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner—allowing cardholders to experience premium hospitality at a more accessible cost. The initiative is expected to attract both leisure diners and corporate clients seeking quality dining options.

Beyond buffet offerings, the agreement provides cardholders with a 10 per cent discount on à la carte dining at multiple outlets within the hotel, including Mosaic, Connexions, and House of Han. Each venue presents a distinctive culinary experience, ranging from international fare to refined Chinese cuisine, thereby catering to diverse preferences.

The collaboration also incorporates wellness and event-related benefits. Customers will receive a 10 per cent reduction on services at the hotel’s health club and swimming pool, as well as on venue bookings for meetings, conferences, and social events. These additional privileges enhance the overall appeal of the partnership by combining dining, leisure, and professional services under a single offering.

The agreement was formally signed by Md. Mahiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking at BRAC Bank, and Nazmul Huda, Cluster Director of Human Resources at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport and InterContinental Dhaka. The signing took place on behalf of Ashwani Nayar, Area General Manager for IHG Southwest Asia and General Manager of both establishments.

Senior representatives from both organisations were present at the ceremony, reflecting the importance of the collaboration. Attendees from the hotel included Sujan Saha, Cluster Finance Director, and Md Nazrul Islam, Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing. Representing BRAC Bank were Md. Ashraful Alam, Head of Alliances; A K M Shahadul Islam, Head of Employee Banking; and Dipak Chandra Das, Senior Manager of Merchant Acquiring.
