Iconic July Rickshaw Driver Sujon to Collect Nomination Form from NCP

Iconic July salute hero and rickshaw driver Sujon will collect a nomination form from the National Citizens Party (NCP) to contest in the upcoming election. He is scheduled to receive the form on Thursday (20 November) at 6 pm from the party office.

Khan Muhammad Mursaleen, Joint Chief Coordinator and member of the Media Cell of the party, stated that during the July uprising, rickshaw drivers, alongside workers, fought on the front lines. Many rickshaw drivers, like Ismail, who was martyred by police while trying to save a July fighter in Rampura, acted as a shield for students and the public.

He further added that the NCP is making efforts to ensure representation for people from all walks of life who participated in the July uprising by providing them with nominations.
