The Bankers’ Selection Committee has officially released the notification for the preliminary examination of 1,262 positions across six member banks, namely Sonali Bank, Agrani Bank, BDBL, Bangladesh Krishi Bank, Probashi Kallyan Bank, and BASIC Bank. The preliminary test is scheduled to take place on 31 January 2026 across 27 centres in Dhaka. This marks a significant step in the recruitment process for one of the country’s largest banking drives.

Admit Card Collection: Candidates who have previously downloaded their admit cards may collect a duplicate copy from the Bangladesh Bank recruitment website starting 26 January 2026 until the day of the examination. No candidate will be allowed entry without an admit card.
Reporting Time: Candidates must arrive at the examination centre at least one hour before the start of the exam. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry once the examination has begun.
Prohibited Items: Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying any items other than their admit card, including:
Papers, books, or bags
Mobile phones, calculators, or other electronic devices
Smart cards, debit/credit cards, or any similar items
Smartwatches or any wearable electronic devices
Admit Card Integrity: No markings, sketches, or writings are allowed on the admit card.
Candidate Visibility: During the examination, candidates’ ears must remain visible at all times.
Allowance: No TA/DA (travel or daily allowances) will be provided to candidates for attending the examination.
Candidates are advised to review the detailed centre allocation list and further instructions on the Bangladesh Bank recruitment portal prior to the examination. Following these guidelines meticulously will ensure a smooth examination process.
