India’s premier technology trade association, Nasscom, has expressed concern over the timeline for implementing the new $100,000 fee for H-1B visas, which affects high-skilled workers seeking to work in the United States.

In a statement released on Saturday, the organisation highlighted that the one-day deadline following the announcement by US President Donald Trump has created considerable uncertainty for businesses, professionals, and students worldwide.
