Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, is currently the centre of widespread discussion. His recently released directorial series, The Bads of Bollywood, has received an enthusiastic response from audiences. Aryan has now spoken about the success of the series, using various dialogues from the show to introduce himself in a statement.
Aryan explained that a character from his series, Rajat Bedi, delivers the line: “There is a big difference between someone who loses and someone who accepts defeat.”
Aryan says that this dialogue constantly motivates him to move forward and persevere.
The overwhelming success of The Bads of Bollywood has left Aryan thrilled. He expressed his gratitude for the love and appreciation he has received from viewers worldwide.
“The affection I have received from across the globe is extraordinary,” Aryan said.
Aryan revealed that the story, which once belonged solely to him, has now become a story for countless people. In this context, he cited a line from another character in the series, Jarjar, who asks: “Now you recognise me?”
Through this dialogue, Aryan seems to suggest that his work has now gained global recognition and that audiences are beginning to see him as a filmmaker in his own right.
It is noteworthy that a few days ago, former Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officer Sameer Wankhede filed a defamation case against Aryan. The complaint alleged that a character in the series mocked him. However, the Delhi High Court dismissed the case.
Aryan’s directorial debut, therefore, stands not only as a creative success but also as a statement of his emerging identity in the industry, beyond the shadow of his famous father.
