In a special operation conducted across the country, police arrested 1,831 individuals in the past 24 hours. The information was disclosed in a press release issued by the Police Headquarters on Friday.
According to the release, 1,233 individuals were arrested based on cases and court warrants, while 598 others were detained in connection with various other incidents.
During the operation, police recovered two single-barrel guns, two pipe guns, eight empty cartridges, six rounds of ammunition, and three LG firearms.
