Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane has described England as one of the strongest national teams in their history ahead of the upcoming World Cup, stating that they will enter the tournament as one of the leading contenders to end the country’s 60-year wait for a major international trophy.

He said: “I think we’ve got the best squad we’ve had.”
