The magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck the South American nation on Monday, unleashing widespread destruction across western provinces. Shortly afterwards, rescue crews recovered ten more bodies from the debris in the western city of Cali, pushing the official count higher before international news agencies confirmed that total casualties had surpassed two hundred.
