The Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has seized a significant consignment of smuggled goods with an estimated market value of Taka 1.20 crore from various border points in Sylhet district. The operation was conducted in the early hours of the day, following confidential intelligence.

Legal Status and Investigation
According to BGB officials, the successful operation was made possible through advance intelligence and timely intervention. Although no smugglers were apprehended during the raids, efforts are ongoing to trace those involved in the smuggling network.
