Khaleda Zia and Tarique Rahman Invited to ‘July Declaration’ Event

Begum Khaleda Zia, Chairperson of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), and the party’s Acting Chairman, Tarique Rahman, have been officially invited to attend the ‘July Declaration’ presentation ceremony, which is scheduled to take place today at 5:00 PM on Manik Mia Avenue in Dhaka.

However, despite receiving formal invitations, neither Khaleda Zia nor Tarique Rahman will be attending the event in person, according to Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP Media Cell.

Representation at the Event

A five-member BNP delegation, led by the party’s Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, will be present at the event on behalf of the party leadership. This information was confirmed by ABM Abdus Sattar, Personal Secretary to the BNP Chairperson.

Delegation Members:

In addition to the BNP delegation, Ismail Zabihullah, a former government secretary and a member of the BNP Chairperson’s Advisory Council, will also be attending the ceremony as a specially invited guest.
