Prominent contemporary musician and composer Imran Mahmudul has officially returned to work following an extensive tour of the United States spanning more than two months. After taking a brief period of rest upon his return, the acclaimed vocalist quickly resumed his creative activities to prepare his latest musical project, a romantic track titled Sokhi Mon Bujhla Na. The upcoming release showcases a fresh collaboration, introducing emerging actress and model Rubaiya Esha as the lead feature in the song’s official music video.
The single has been written and composed by Gunjan Chowdhury, with Imran lending his vocals and orchestrating the music arrangement. To complement the melody with an engaging visual narrative, director Chandan Roy Chowdhury was appointed to helm the video production. Filming was recently wrapped up after an intensive shoot across several scenic outdoor locations on the outskirts of Dhaka, capturing a polished look tailored to match the song’s emotional tone.
Reflecting on the decision to work with a new co-star, Imran shared that the production team actively sought a fresh face capable of embodying the story’s visual mood. Following a deliberate casting process, Esha was chosen as the ideal fit for the role. Imran expressed strong conviction regarding the release, noting his belief that the track will resonate widely and stand out as one of the year’s most appreciated musical releases.
For Esha, collaborating with a leading figure in the Bangladeshi music industry marks a significant milestone in her career. Speaking on the experience, she expressed deep gratitude to the director, crew, and production team for their guidance throughout the shoot. She added that working alongside an established artist was both inspiring and fulfilling, remaining exceptionally optimistic about how the audience will respond to the final production.
With filming complete, final post-production processes are currently underway to prepare Sokhi Mon Bujhla Na for its official public release across digital platforms.
